When it says 'offer to shave hair and prepare skin' does that prep mean cleaning with alcohol wipes or...? Thanks!

As this isn't an invasive procedure there isn't a need to clean the skin with alcohol. We may need use the abrasive pads to get rid of moisturisers or butters which stop the electrodes from sticking. That's what prep means :) please ask if you have any more questions!
