would we ask to remove outside clothing/shoes for both being weighed and measured??? so ask right at the beginning?

Shoes and clothing such as hats should be removed before measuring height.
The above as well as heavy jackets, items in pockets etc should be removed before measuring weight.

Do we get a calculator to calculate the BMI or do we have to do it manually?
